We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Calmer Spirit jewelry! We offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of your purchase date.
Request an RMA by messaging us with your order Confirmation Number, listed on your receipt, noting which item you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond with your instructions on how to return the product.
REFUNDS: As soon as your returned item is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges. Most returns are processed within 5 business days. The refund to your credit card is dependent upon your bank's cycle.
We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package.
Please note that customized pieces cannot be refunded but may be exchanged.
Exchanges are given for any product up to 30 days of your purchase date. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Contact us here to initiate an exchange.
Repairs will be made free of charge for the lifetime of your jewelry! Please send us a note with the purchase information and the repair that is needed.
We use extra strong stretch cord in all of our bracelets, but if it does break, please try to collect as many of the beads as possible. We will contact you with the instructions for shipment after we hear from you. You will be responsible for shipping costs to us, and we will ship it back to you at our cost.
If we make a mistake, which we may from time to time, we will pay for shipping you a new product including any returns. We accept that we are not perfect!
